After serving the School District of Manatee County for just a little over 30 years, 20 of which were in leadership, I have left the education field to provide leadership coaching, training and speaking for both educational and business leaders.   With my background in leading several schools and serving 6 years as the Director of Human Resources, I can provide real time, practical tools for leaders.  I provide leadership lessons from the inside out which focus on building the personal foundations needed from within to be able to provide leadership to organizations that maximize employee engagement.

I attended the University of South Florida where I earned a bachelor’s degree in Special Education and I earned a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University.  I attained and maintain my HRCI Professional Human Resources (PHR) Certification since 2020.  I am a certified John C. Maxwell Leadership Coach, Speaker, and Trainer and serve as the Executive Director for the Manatee County Fair Pageants. Through my many years in teaching, dance, and scholarship pageants I have had the honor to inspire and influence many young people in Manatee County.

In my spare time, I enjoy tap and jazz dance lessons, traveling, and golfing with my husband Randy. I have 4 stepsons, Zane, Micah, Logan and Jack, three grandchildren, Weston, Alexis, and Coraline. I also enjoy time with my two dogs, Bogey and Stella.
